E05-FPY-PANELS
Wood chips and synthetic resin glue are pressed into highly stable panels under heat and high pressure. For Sudbrock, it is the ideal carrier material for high-quality veneers.
REAL WOOD VENEER
Our veneer is environmentally friendly 0.5 – 0.7 mm thick and has a beautiful, deep wood structure.
COLOURED LAQUERS
Environmentally friendly, solvent-free hydro UV water-based laquer for almost all coloured coatings. Application is carried out on a latest-generation lacquer line.
PRODUCTION DEPTH
Thanks to its many specialists, Sudbrock works at a level of vproduction depth that is rarely found anywhere else in the world. We manufacture everything in our factory in Rietberg-Bokel, from the purchase of round timber to the individual production steps and final assembly. We source metal products such as hinges and fittings from selected manufacturers who have the same high quality standards as we do.
SEAMLESS EDGES (ZERO JOINT)
The so-called zero joint for both veneered and lacquered surfaces is created by applying the thinnest possible layer of adhesive. However, this still creates a continuous joint between the board and the edge. The joint is barely visible, and the result is rounded off by perfect finishing.
VANEER PATTERN
At Sudbrock, veneer furniture is given a uniform, continuous grain pattern – this gives stacked bodies, cross panels, rows of doors and front flaps a picture-like, exclusive appearance – as if from a single mold.
FULL VENEER
Outer surfaces, back panels and all visible interior surfaces are veneered with real wood.
GUARANTEE
We provides a five-year guarantee on all hallway units and furniture.
MITRED BODY
The body panels mitred at a 45° angle are prescisley fitted, glued and sanded by hand with millimetre precision. This creates edges that can be perfectly lacquered or permits a continuous veneer pattern. Pure aesthetics! And a prerequisite for the seamless lining up or stacking of elements.
WOOD ORIGIN
It is processed mainly using wood from certified sustainable forestry: beech, maple, ash, cherry and oak. Johannes Sudbrock directly inspects and selects the felled trunks in the forest. Rounding out the selction of materials are foreign woods such as American walnut. A consistent effort is made to ensure that all wood comes from sustainable foresty.
INDIVIDUAL FURNITURE
Each piece is custom-made. Because Sudbrock believes that not everything in life has to be prefabricated. After all, everyone has their own tastes and needs. That’s why Sudbrock has developed programs that give the future owner maximum freedom: in terms of colors, types of wood, details, sizes and the combination of everything. Of course, special dimensions outside the grid system are also possible.
CLEAR LACQUER
Environmentally friendly UV clear lacquer, free from harmful substances. The laquer meets the DIN requirements for toy safety, low flammability, saliva-, sweat- and fat-fastness, chemical resistance and cold liquids.
EDGE PROFILES
Made of hard-wearing, dimensionally stable solid wood. Semi-circular for GAME (see photo), beveled inwards for MODO. The edge profile, known as the edge banding, is matched to the front veneer of the bodie and closes it seamlessly. A time-consuming process that gives a piece of Sudbrock furniture timeless, handcrafted beauty.
MADE IN GERMANY
Sudbrock is committed to the business location of Germany. With its nearly 100-year history, Sudbrock ranks among the traditional companies in the furniture region of East Westphalia. Although the highly qualified employees use state-of-the-art technologies,, in their hearts they are rooted in the traditions of craftmanship.
MDF PANEL
Medium-density fiberboard for coloured coatings. Nearly bark-free coniferous wood is frayed to a particularly fine consistency and gently pressed in a manner similar to the E05 wood-based panels. This results in a material with high longitudinal and transverse homogeneity, with firm, smooth edges that can be milled and profiled in the same way as solid wood. MDF boards can be lacquered very well.
FINISHES WITH HYDRO UV LACQUER
The water is extracted from the fresh paint under the influence of warm air. It is hardened with UV light. The furniture dries immediately, and can be stacked.

QUALITY CONTROL
most items of bodie furniture are firmly glued including fixed flaps, doors and drawers, before they are delivered. Metal hooks and hall elements made of metal are delivered with pre-drilled panels for assembly.
DRAWERS PULL-OUTS
Full-extension runners are used – with invisible ball-bearing underfloor runners and soft-close mechanism (with handle version). The drawers move easily and safely even after years of use.
DRAWER MATERIAL
Multilayer bonded frames based on the multiplex system. Torsion resistant and extremely sturdy. Optionally also available in lacquer and veneer.
SYSTEM FURNITURE
Can be added to, combined and extended. The furniture can take on new functions or a different design. They are easy to assemble and disassemble. This makes them particularly easy to move.
